The definition of the term ‘cool’ changes every 5 years because it is determined by journalists–who never were cool and never will be, because the spiritual values at the heart of their industry (and this is world-wide) tell them to be outside observers, and only insiders get the label ‘cool.’ I ask journalists to define ‘cool’ in this cycle as being the Microbusiness owner–and cool countries as those with the largest number of Microbusiness owners for the population. Once again, a Microbusiness has 10 or less employees in general, and in America, will probably sell 10 or less products.
